(hereinafter referred to as the "Operator")

These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationships between the accommodation provider and the client in the provision of accommodation and related services. A client is understood to be any natural or legal person who uses the accommodation services of the accommodation provider.

1. Introductory provisions

  • The provision of accommodation services to clients is governed by generally binding legal regulations in force in the territory of the Slovak Republic and by these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC"), which also serve as the house rules. The client accepts the GTC as a contractual condition of accommodation and use of the services provided by the Operator and is obliged to comply with their provisions.
  • The GTC are published on the website https://www.chalupapodzvonicou.sk/.
  • The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally amend the provisions of the GTC, whereby the amendment to the GTC becomes effective on the date of their publication on the website.

2. General Terms and Conditions of Business

  • These GTC apply to contracts for the accommodation of persons in Chalupa Pod Zvonicou, contracts for the rental of accommodation facilities, as well as to all other services provided to the client by the Operator. Other business and contractual terms and conditions shall apply to the relationship between the Operator and the client only if they have been agreed in advance in writing between the contracting parties.
  • The accommodation contract between the Operator and the client is concluded by written confirmation of the client’s request for a reservation of accommodation in Chalupa Pod Zvonicou, submitted orally or in writing. The accommodation contract is concluded for a fixed term.
  • The contracting parties are the Operator and the client. If the accommodation or other services are ordered by a third party, this person is liable to the Operator together with the client as a joint debtor for all obligations arising from the contract.
  • Any sublease or further lease of rooms or facilities of Chalupa Pod Zvonicou, as well as their use for purposes other than accommodation, or for purposes other than those contractually agreed, requires the prior written consent of the Operator.
